Rollin in the Magnum (ft MC YT)

The song "Rollin in the Magnum" was based on several true stories about YT's 1979 Dodge Magnum and some adventures we had at the beach in the early to mid 90's.

The original recording from the 90's seems to be gone forever.. I can't find the 4-track master of it, and his cassette copy was stolen ages ago.

So once he heard I was putting an album together of all this old stuff, we both wanted to re-record it. Problem is, we currently live 2,000 miles apart and YT doesn't have any recording equipment,. So he ended up recording the lyrics onto his Android phone. He sent me the lyrics, and I rebuilt the beat around them. The sound quality isn't so great, but it's not as bad as one would think considering the lyrics were recorded onto a phone...

MC-YT's voice is also on "I Can't Mix; I Suck...", "Jimmy's Quest to Find True Love and Happiness", and "Long Walk Home" - all of which were real voice mails from the 90's.
